1. The submission of an order on Gioielleria Stefano Pivano’s website is a purchase proposal from the Customer, which will be deemed accepted by us as soon as we provide an explicit confirmation. We shall contact Customers to keep them up to date with the progress of the order process.
2. The prices shown on our website are the “prices per unit” and unless otherwise indicated, include VAT. Prices may vary without notice. Our products are sold “per piece” and indivisible by nature and faithfully represented in the images published on the websiteGioielleria Stefano Pivano.
3. Our customers may purchase personalised and/or custom-made products according to their preferences but in line with our quality criteria. In these cases, they will not have the right to cancel their order or return their items.
4. Once we have accepted your online purchase proposal, the agreed price will not vary. The email confirming that your order has been received is sent automatically by our system and does not in itself constitute acceptance of the order. Once we confirm that your purchase proposal has been accepted, your items will be available in our stores or delivered to the address you provided, as agreed.
5. In the event of an error in the price of an item on the Gioielleria Stefano Pivano website or in the order procedure, however communicated, including by telephone or email, in particular when the price appears to be lower or higher than the correct price of the item following our internal checks, we shall contact you to make sure you still wish to buy the product at the correct price. If not, your purchase proposal will not be accepted.
6. At your discretion, and at your request, all items you purchase can be delivered to you, free of charge (in Italy), by carrier – with armoured vehicle, if necessary – at the address provided by you.
   Please note that all delivered items are fully covered by insurance, for your absolute piece of mind.

Our store accepts the methods of payment allowed by law: current and/or checking account cheques, credit/debit cards and cash within the limits set by current regulations, and advanced bank transfer payments, when the purchased items are delivered by carrier.

At our online store you may safely and conveniently choose to pay using PayPal or a credit/debit card within three days from our order confirmation.

Customers have the right to withdraw as provided by current regulations.

Withdrawals must be made within 14 days from the date the purchased items were delivered.

With the letter, and at the same address, the Customer must also return the purchased items in the same conditions as they were received, via carrier agreed with Gioielleria Stefano Pivano. The items must be adequately packed to preserve their integrity.

Within 10 days from receiving the letter and the goods we will refund the amount spent for the purchase via bank transfer.

NOTE: CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS AND ITEMS ORDERED SPECIFICALLY FOR THE CUSTOMER CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, by filling in and submitting the contact form (sending emails or faxes), or sending personal data using any other means, the Customer authorises the company Pivano Stefano snc to process their data. Data will be processed by Pivano Stefano snc, who may use them to comply with the Customer's requests, to manage purchase proposals and to send information.

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Customers have the right to access their data and to request that data are erased, updated, rectified, integrated or transformed into anonymous format, as well as the right to block unlawfully processed data.
